When Jane started with us we felt that she immediately evaluated our circumstances and tailored how she worked with us, providing just the right amount of support, guidance and interaction at the appropriate times.  She clearly has experience across a variety of circumstances as a care provider. On a personal level, Jane exudes a kind and caring nature, she was a pleasure to have in the house and got on well with all members of the family.  Her flexible approach meant that she was able to easily identify what would make our lives easier.  

She has the ability to fit in with a family or spend time looking after our son alone.

Jane came into our home when I gave birth to our second daughter. She immediately made me feel completely at ease, and her extent of knowledge and utter professionalism allowed me to completely relax and enjoy the first few months of adjusting to being a mother of two children.  I had trouble getting my daughter to finish up breastfeeding and take a bottle but with Jane's assistance she patiently guided us both through the transition.

Jane is an extremely professional, intelligent, kind, gentle and a wonderful person. 

I have thoroughly enjoyed (and continue to enjoy) her being in our lives.  I could not recommend her high enough to anyone, she is an absolute star.

I have known Jane for well over two years now. She has been an integral part of my daughter's life and therefore ours too. I have an immense trust in Jane and never once have I worried about our daughter being in her care.
